The Accounts and Audit Regulations require a physical 'wet ink' signature on the original AGAR. This does not allow a Parish Council to fully comply with Accessibility Regulations.

The Audit Office is aware that the two pieces of legislation are incompatible, and the Parish Council is advised to make it clear that our published AGAR data are scans and are therefore not fully compliant with the Accessibility Regulations.
